Host your own Really Wild Event!

Fundraising through events is one of the best ways to bring your friends, family and community together to combat animal cruelty. Whether it's a marathon, golf event, BBQ, gala or your own creative idea, your support helps the World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA) to carry out and fund field work that directly alleviates animal suffering; to promote the passing of legislation that protects animals; and to provide education and training to improve animal welfare. For example:

$10 Could treat one of Bali’s orphaned street dogs for mange

$25 Could buy a comfortable head collar for one of Crete’s working donkeys

$80 Could buy one pack of hydration salts – enough to feed up to 50 dehydrated and malnourished animals

$100 Could provide 2 days worth of medicine to a rescued dolphin

$250 Could buy a month’s supply of food for one of WSPA’s rescued bears

$800 Could pay for a surgical veterinary pack for use in emergency disaster zones (left behind with local vets to treat more animals
